cancellation policy
TAD Technology follows a transparent and no fuss cancellation policy. Here are the terms of the policy:
All cancellation requests should be sent to our billing department or communicated to your Account Manager and/or Project Manager.
Cancellation requests in the case of Monthly Payments will be considered only when the request is made 15 days prior to the next Billing or Payment date.
- Cancellation requests in the case of Web Design Payments will be considered only when the request is made before the sample design(s) are delivered.
- The cancellation will not be valid until it is confirmed by the concerned person/respective department.
