cancellation policy

TAD Technology follows a transparent and no fuss cancellation policy. Here are the terms of the policy:

  1. All cancellation requests should be sent to our billing department or communicated to your Account Manager and/or Project Manager.

  2. Cancellation requests in the case of Monthly Payments will be considered only when the request is made 15 days prior to the next Billing or Payment date.

  3. Cancellation requests in the case of Web Design Payments will be considered only when the request is made before the sample design(s) are delivered.

  4. The cancellation will not be valid until it is confirmed by the concerned person/respective department.
